Whilst weaning Osian loved Organix snack's, actually he still really likes them now, but as well as these snacks now that he's older, he enjoys snacks from Organix Goodies' range. For anyone who hasn't heard of Organix, they were founded in 1992 with the believe that everyone, no matter what their age, deserves to eat well, with organic ingredients being a part of that. They say that staying true to their words and beliefs is a big priority to them. This must be true if they are still producing organic healthy foods still 23 years later. Organix sell a wide range of baby and toddler foods.
We've been sent a few Organix snacks in the past, and have recently been sent a box of their new Goodies Chunky Fruit Bars, which comes in two flavours Apple & Date and Banana & Date, we were sent the former. They are made from 100% organic fruit and one bar counts towards one of your child's five a day. The bars, along with all their other foods, come with Organix's No Junk Promise.
The box contains 6 bars. The bar itself has five sections that can easily be broken up into bite size pieces, Osian preferred to have his bar whole and hold onto it whilst eating. I've found the bars very handy for days when Osian has a snacky lunch, but would also be handy for when out and about, or just an afternoon snack.
