Goodies Christmas Selection Box Review

While browsing through Facebook one evening, something really caught my eye, it was a photo that a Mother had uploaded of an Organix Goodies Selection Box and I thought to myself I have to buy one of those. We are big Organix fans so I got a bit excited over the concept of something Organix that's Christmasy.  Osian is now wearing Christmas pyjamas, and some Christmas jumpers so I love that he has some Christmas treats now too, this is the only one I've seen that isn't chocolate. As I was off to search where I can buy one I checked my emails on the way and saw that we had been offered one to review, perfect timing!

For anyone who hasn't heard of Organix they were founded in 1992 with the believe that everyone, no matter what their age, deserves to well, with organic ingredients being a part of that. They say that staying true to their words and beliefs is a big priority to them. This must be true if they are still producing organic healthy foods still 22 later. Organix sell a wide range of baby and toddler foods.

The box is brightly coloured and has cute illustrations. Once the box is open you are greeted by some lovely pop out Goodies characters that can be stuck on the snow scene on the inside of the lid. Osian loves animals so this was a lovely little surprise for him. As soon as he opened the box he went 'Roar' which is what he says about most animals bar dogs which get a woooof. So as well as treat it's a fun game too!

The box contains five Organix snacks. Raspberry & Apple Fruit Moos, Alphabet Biscuits, Blackcurrant & Apple Fruit Stars, Raspberry & Apple Soft Oaty Bar and Mini Gingerbread Men. All of the snacks are made according to the standards of Organix's No Junk Promise. Osian didn't like the oaty bar, but he doesn't like any oaty bars but seemed to love all the rest. The box is a handy size for little hands, and the corners aren't sharp so I happily let Osian choose what he wanted from the box.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with the whole box, I loved the idea as soon as I came across it. I had high hopes for the box and I wasn't disappointed. I particularly loved the little surprise of the characters inside. I think I may purchase one to put in Osian's stocking for him to enjoy on Christmas day.

The Selection Box costs £2.99 and can be bought from Boots, Asda or Ocado.

Disclosure - We were sent the box for the purpose of an honest review, all words and opinions are my own.
